Hello All

I thought i better ask on here as i have a major fault on my electrium boiler.

I have prob had it 18 months and done about 15 brews. now once the boiler to boiling the element housing becomes loose and can fallout if knocked!

very bad news when you have 19litres of stout boiling!!!

oops

i have changed the washers and tried thicker washers!

i would like to try a metal nut to screw on but i can find one.

Thanks for your help

Will

Will, If they are the Backer type elements then a KM8 Bearing Nut will do the job . . . alternatively our member Bru4U makes some very nice Stainless Trick Fittings including an element shroud
