help converting this recipe to 25ltr please

a while back i did this recipe for 5 litres of black current whine and i want to make a 25 litre batch on friday.this was original recipe
40g sugar in 2 litres costa blackcurrant juice
162 sugar in 1 litres of stute white grape juice

1 litre white grape juice
2 litres blackcurrent juice
into a 5 litre pet

i disolved
1150 gram sugar in 1 litre of hot/boiling water
poured the disolved sugar/water into pet and leave to cool
1 teaspoon glycern
1 teaspoon pectolase
1 teaspoon yeast nutriant
1 teaspoon yeast
could someone please tell me what quantities i need to make a 25 litre batch.
i cant remember what og and fg was but im looking for about 17-18%
so if anyone can help id greatly appreciate it
 
would i be right in thinking
15 blackcurrent juice
5 white grape
1150 gram sugar x that by 5 =5750g
then x5 the items bellow as they what used in 5 litre batch
1 teaspoon glycern
1 teaspoon pectolase
1 teaspoon yeast nutriant
1 teaspoon yeast
 
thats seems a lot of sugar in my calculation though am i wrong or does it look right

looks ok..

super rediculously strong though..

i'd up the nutrient to get the yeast strength up =)
