I reused the yeast from a Hammer of Thor kit for a Coopers Golden Lager kit. It has been in the barrel for about 4 weeks or more at about 10 degrees celcius. No bad flavours but sadly its cloudy. I think it might be because I tipped the container to get every last bit for the barrel whilst siphoning. I'm wondering whether to just be patient and give it more time to settle as I have other beer to be getting on with. Or should I siphon it into another barrel with the tube a little way off the bottom of the barrel? I've done a dozen or so kits now and not had any major problems so my recovery skills and experience are zero. Any help much appreciated.

take care with sanitisation and there's no harm in racking into another vessel. Then leave well alone to clear
