hello every one can you tell me why i should put my hops and yeast in to the fridge i must still use buy use by date so why not keep in a air tight box any advice thank you :hmm:

Hops are better in the freezer or vacuum sealed and will degrade and lose there bitterness and hoppyness otherwise. If its dried yeast I think sealed is fine.
