Any recipe experts out there...I went away and bought the attached ingredients back in January but just never had time to brew. Today was going to be that eventual brew day however, I have since forgotten the beer recipe I was going to brew. I have no idea of hop timings
Anyone able to decipher what it could be?

What volume do you want to make and what equipment do you have?
PS it’s a Saison.

Yeah saison grist and yeast..... Hops are a bit puzzling though.

I'm a big NS fan and not keen at all on Amarillo so I'd do bittering to style with the Amarillo and keep the NS for late on

I would bitter with the NS @60 minutes and whirlpool with the Armadillo.
