Hi. I just joined up. I've been brewing over many years on and off (but 'of' until this year) with mixed success. But since the lockdown I decided to have a regular brew and have done 1/2 a dozen since March. As I said I have varying degrees of success but all my recent brews have been drinkable (and have indeed been drunk!). I'm looking foward to sharing you expertise!

Hi Tony and welcome!
Plenty of knowledgeable people around on here I'm pleased to say, I've been helped and hopefully given some back as time has gone on.
Pull up a chair and enjoy!

acheers.
Welcome Tony. I'm glad all your beers have been drinkable, but what do you mean by "mixed" or "varying degrees of success"? Kits should turn out pretty much as the manufacturer intended unless you've tweaked them. AG has more variables to control. My first attempt at copying Pilsner Urquell was an abject failure, but a fine pale ale!
Do tell.
