I've got a Jaipur clone I brewed about 6 weeks ago from this recipe.

I've done it before, but It's come out better this time. It's very close to the original but for 45p a pint. Happy days indeed.

Yeah I plan to do my own versions once I'm comfortable with the process. The kit was a good option to start my first all grain batch. OG should have been 1.060 but came in at 1.054, so hopefully it will turn out ok.

Just checked that recipe. Very similar to what I've done, just mainly different hop timings.

Although if mine comes in at the stated FG it will work out at 5% ABV

I wouldn't worry about the abv. It'll still be nice at 5%.
Surprised the expected FG is 1015. Mine came down to 1010 mashed @ 65c.
Depends on the supplied yeast I suppose.
