I gave up home brewing a very long time ago but I would love to watch what is being said if that is OK?. Back in the early 80s I did mash a decent pint,I won a couple of prizes,my Pale Ale won the 1984 National and I may still find a few recipes if anyone is interested.

sounds like you have lots you can add to the forum! I make an ok pint but doubt it will win any awards so well done!
