As you can see above I'm a newbie & joined a few weeks ago.

Cheers DH & U r right it's a great forum. I'm kicking myself that I waited so long to home brew. I used to help my dad brew from scratch about 30 years ago & thought I was getting the best of the deal when I got 1 of those big glucose chips to sample lol
