Hello all, I'm Marley. i got a wine brewing kid for christmas and already have 4 gallons of apple wine brewing in the kitchen. My mum used to make wine when I was a kid (and has been inspired to take it up again) and I remember a hall full of demi-johns. I'm looking for some nice easy recipes to get started with, I thought about a ribena wine next? I've got the First Steps in Winemaking book, but am finding some of it quite technical and hard to figure out - doesn't help that I'm not scientifically minded lol. Anyway, please send any and all tips and easy recipes my way lol.
