I've used to brew a lot of beer and lager. Just retired and got a new place for myself. I've started some brews in bottles while I sort out some new equipment. I'd like to try some wines. I'm looking forward to discussing things with other members. There is one thing I'm having difficulty replacing, it's a plastic, collapsible 'barrel', square, with a tap. The one I had took a full brew.

I assume what you are looking for is a polypin, but worth getting a fairly sturdy one if you want to reuse it, as a lot of them nowadays are very thin.
