Hello!
I've been on JBK for some time and thought I'd give THBF a whirl too - seem to be quite a few familiar faces on here!
I'm an AG brewer of traditional British ales - mainly Bitters and IPAs but also the occasional stout. I'm fairly clued-up on equipment/DIY and fairly rubbish at anything related to chemistry. In between, I'm 'okay' with recipies and ingredients, but I know what I know and could widen my outlook a bit there.
So recently I've started using liquid yeast, which has been a good move, and Leedsbrew (and others) just tempted me into trying my first hefe, which is still in the FV (although it should have been in the cornie by now).
