Hi my name is Charlie and I live near Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire.
My next door neighbour and I have our own pub at the end of his garden and this year we are building a brewery at the end of mine. We are fond of the odd ale or two and have been conducting plenty of research before we take the plunge into full scale brewing.
