to all, done plenty of wine making but never beer. Looking to make something like the hopback style ales from a kit and then maybe move on to ag at some point. Any recomendations?

Hi Jampot & welcome to the forum.. :clap: all I would say is spend a little time on reading the old posts...they will give you a good insight into what you will need to brew at home..and any Q's you may have just ask away.. :thumb:

Funnily enough, I've gone the other way - been brewing for 30 years and just made my first wine a few weeks ago (a 1 gallon Youngs Chardonnay). The missus likes it.

I haven't brewed in years but recently put three kits on and all appear to be different. There's much more to choose from now: good luck deciding and sampling :drink: :thumb:
