Thanks for the add to this great forum. I've just started my brewing hobby on Sunday after many many many (wasted in retrospect) months of googling and dreaming... I took the plunge. I've just started my first red wine ferment on Sunday morning and so far the ceiling or walls do not require painting so I guess I'll take that as a milestone to success 
. My wish to brew comes from watching my granddad many years ago with his elderflower wine, sloe gin, ciders .... Anyway I look forward to learning the craft over the coming years and eventually contributing in a positive way instead for requiring information and help at the start . Take care & regards Joe
