Hello - all. Just joined the forum today.
Been brewing on and off for about 20 years. Sometimes use beer kits but sometimes use sugar solutions with different fruits then not distilling as that would be illegal.
My wife bought me some kit for a birthday so I've had a constant brew on for a few months now, with massively varying success rates.
