Hello, I'm new to the forum today as well. Just got my first batch of wherry on too. First mistake I made was not taking the specific gravity before adding the yeast. Make sure you do this so you know when your fermentation is complete and so you can work out your ABV!

Carl, I'll be keeping an eye on your post. I just had to start with a beer I like to drink. Its an IPA next and Bob's mentioned earlier today that we should have a third barrel on for Christmas. Think I should just make sure the first one's drinkable before I rush onto the others though.
