Hi, I just Want to say Hello I thought I would join this forum and get some advice, I want to make a lager from a kit with enhancer could anyone be kind enough to tell me a good kit to start with, thanks.

Sorry but the only way I know to enhance larger is to brew bitter instead.

Surely a larger brewer must be along shortly...

Muntons Continental Pilsner with Saflager S-23 and fermented cool (<14C) Or Use Nottingham Fermented at 19C.

Handful (<15g) of Hallertau Mittlefruh Pellets in the FV with it.
