Thought it was about time I said Hello!
I registered with the forum about a year ago now and have been hiding in the shadows browsing for a year now, so thought I better make myself known :thumb:
My name is Mandi and last year I made my first brew a pear wine using the Hedgerow Country wine kit, which went down in no time. Since then I attempted to make a banana wine which wasn't so successfull and just now I have a apple & pear wine on the go.
I think brewing is in my blood, my grandad brewed beer and my aunty wine, my aunty has given me all her brewing equipment and an old recipe book, so now it's my turn in the family.
My OH is going to sort the spare bedroom out for me after xmas so I'll have my very own little brewing room :grin:
And my OH is going to attempt brewing larger, as my aunty also gave me kegs and stuff for that too even a canister of co2.
Anyway look forward to chatting in the future!
