Hello everyone. Live in Vancouver these days (since 95), but get back home frequently to stay with family & friends.

Just started making my own beer (on second batch).

Am also cheese maker and Sommelier (teach people about wine).

Figure I needed something to do while I wait for my cheese to mature.

Found this place predominantly to search out English recipes.

So far have 2 batches of IPA in separate containers, first should be ready to bottle next week.

Looking forward to hearing from some well seasoned beer making veterans on here.

Hello to you all.

Welcome to the forum Leedsfan.

Its great when bragging rights can come from this side of the water. Didn't the mighty Forest do well against them a couple of weeks ago, 123456, how many was it  .

Cheers for now

Neil

EDIT: Cheesemaking and drying my own hams is something I have been looking into for a while now. The link you posted looks a great way to start with very basic equipment. Ebay sell a lot of equipment for the hobby which is for the beginner, all the way up to the more experienced.
