New member to the forum. Been brewing wine and beer for years, getting in to it more now. I can make good wine from scratch or kit - I use an electric juicer for fruit and it gives good results. Beer is about as good as I can make from kits. I brew using a water bath set up with a large cool box and aquarium heater which works well in winter. Keeping the fermentation at optimum temperature gives consistent results. I tend to use two tins instead of one to give the beer more body. Pretty basic approach to brewing beer, am considering move up to all grain brewing.
