I'm new to brewing beer. The wife and i have 3 brew's under our belt. Two chocolate stout's and a oatmeal brown Ale. Being new we don't have all the equipment to properly do all grains. So, we using a BIAB type of brewing. As for styles of beer, We have drank more beer in the last 4 month then we ever did it year years together. We enjoy Young's double chocolate stout, Fullers Honey Dew, ShockTop Raspberry, Buffalo Bill's Blueberry Stout. Hmmmm.... There seems to be a theme here. Oh, it's stout beer. We don't care for overly hopped IPA type beer's. Which is what got me into brewing.
