hi im kev from lincolnshire just getting into home brew i enjoy the real ale :drink: (a bit to much ) just made my first couple of brews elderflower champange (tasted very vingery) and just bottled my first ale cant wait to try it hoping you guys can point me in the rigt direction

I brewed Elderflower last year, but found it too sweet. I now leave the wine to the Mrs and stick to the beer. welcome to the forums from another relative newbe.

try a caxton best bitter, or edme stout for starters , thats what i did first, cheap but superb results, :
and a fruit juice wine .....you wont be dissapointed by any of em,,,, :party:
