Hi I'm Clive from Nottingham and I have been home brewing for about 2 1/2 years. I started with beer kits and graduated to full mash in early 2011. I've recently brewed my 18th batch od beer. So far the full mash run has seen Landlord (twice), Summer Lightning, Deuchars IPA, Directors, Hooky Bitter, Victory Ale, Guinness (had to have a go!), Baobab beer (my own connoction - not recommended!), Harvest Pale (my ownb recipe - an amazing success!), Clive's Hoppy Bitter (again my own, OK) and Caledonian 80/-.
