I'm Tim from Sutton Coldfield. I have some very basic experience of brewing (that is if you can call emptying a can or two into an fv, adding sugar and water brewing!) but would like to move on up to all grain brewing when pennies permit :) So if anyone fancies a nosey newbie looking over their shoulder whilst stirring their brew feel free to pm me :)
