Hello from the middle east.

Hi guys, just thought i'd come on and say a quick hello from my current tour. Not a bad number at a place called Al Udeid, which is about and hour away from Doha in Qatar. Not very exciting, full of american forces but at least I can drink here. Granted its mainstream stuff but at least its alcohol. currently supping a nice cool Stella.

weather is good, if a little cold in the evenings. Swimming pool is still a little to cold to stay in for too long so all in all few complaints.

Hope all is well in the UK and the cold weather has passed by.


Happy brewing guys and i'll see about getting some pics on this time.

Good to hear from you Bobo. If i was stuck out there and someone gave me a cold Stella, i'd be well pleased as the alternative is something like warm goats milk or worse :sick:

Well, finnaly home, trip was ok, bit busy at times but all in all not too bad. hopefully won't be going away for a while so can get on with sorting my first AG brew.
