Hello from The Lake District

Just thought I'd introduce myself as I'm a newby to this forum. I've just recently taken up wine making, primarily reds and free ingredient wine, hedgerow foraging. Up to this point I've been using Youngs wine kits, but am now ready to embark on my own fool & bladder brews.

My forum name is a reference to the nickname of my beloved 1970 VW Bay camper which I restored and maintain myself and also have a 1969 1300 Beetle as a run around. The van is all kitted out with bed, sink, cooker, fridge so it makes life easy when going on a hunt for wine making ingredients.

Anyway, that's a bit about me and I'm sure I'll be asking some very stupid questions on this site soon, so please excuse my ignorance in advance. Cheers.
