Hi all, I am a total newbie to home brewing. I first tried Woodfordes Wherry which I think was a total success, and I then had a go at a wilkos pear cider which I haven't tried yet as it seems very cloudy I have moved it back into the warm.. don't know if that is right? I have just put a 40 pint batch of coopers stout in a pressure barrel and I have some wilkos elderflower wine bottled and a demijohn of chardonnay clearing. So I wanted to join the forum and I can see that loads of people are much more experienced and trying more complicated stuff than the kits I have been messing about with.
