Stumbled upon this site, looks good, a wealth of knowledge. Just brewed for the first time and enjoying the fruits of my labour (Woodfordes Wherry Beer Kit) and just got a Brewers Choice Bavarian Weissbier, with added Wheat Malt extract going today. Can't wait to try it.
