Hi all,
I've been making small amounts of homebrew for a short while and have just ordered a few things to upscale my hobby. My main focus right now is to get used to the new equipment and batch sizes and also have a look at water chemistry. Any tips around that will be gratefully received, I have searched and read the current threads here on water and it doesn't seem be as intimidating as it first sounds.
Outside of beer, I'm at Air Traffic Controller by trade, private private for fun and planning a wedding - Yes I weaved all the brewing equipment through the budget
I'm looking forward to using the forum to learn more about the community and homebrewing techniques.
