hi everyone, just joined as im nearly ready to bottle my first ever homebrew.

just moved back into our house and the tenant we had in left a lot of homebrew gear, so a couple of weeks ago i bit the bullet and bought a coopers premium selection lager. a couple of weeks later i built up the courage to start it....

biggest regret is not finding this site until after id started.... but hopefully with some dumb luck itll turn out ok...lol...

Charlie mead face.... Is that cos u brew a lot of mead??? I fancy having a go at that, especially as my surname is mead.. Feel it's my duty ..lol ... Is it easy enough to do?????
