returning to brewing after 20 years away.....and enjoying the chemistry.
Drinking - Coopers Euro Lager (using 1kg cane sugar)
Brewing - not till Saturday
Conditioning - Mexican Cerveza (using coopers brew enhancer 1)
Planning - Coopers English bitter (500g light malt extract + 500g Dextrose)
