Good Morning,

we recently supplied one of your number with some custom made NTC thermistor sensors to work with the STC 1000 controllers found on eBay. We are able to supply not only thermistor probes but also Pt100/Pt1000 sensors and thermocouples as well as control and data logging equipment.

I have to confess (as a winemaker who does a bit of brewing) that I don't know what the hell you're talking about, but I'm guessing that's something to do with HERMS, RIMS and Big Shiny Things, so if you would care to add some contact details we'll get you listed in the right place.

Who did you deal with, or don't you know their user name?

I knew it wasn't spam because he said he'd come here due to dealings with one of our members (turns out to be one of our Admin.) and he didn't come straight in with web links.

I don't have the time or the inclination to pay attention to all areas of the forum and read every single post, and HERMS, RIMS etc. is probably the forum area which I am least likely to visit.

Yes it was indeed Vossy who purchased 3 shiny new custom made thermistor probes from us and invited us to join your numbers. He has given me permission to lurk in the back ground and offer advice where possible but our knowledge is in temperature measurement and control, not brewing so you may have to help us along the way.
