Greetings! I've been lurking and learning here for a little while, just made my first post.
I've just re-started brewing after a bit of a pause while doing some major home improvememt projects. One of those involved creating a new back room that is part laundry part bootroom and part brewery hooray
When I started making my own, it was "country wines" (blackberry, dandelion etc) and Tom Caxton plus a kilo of Tate & Lyle plus a length of poly pipe. I've got a little more sophisticated now, having discovered firstly 'beer kit enhancer' and then dried malts as sugar substitutes, the benefits of using a vessel with a fermentation lock, and a bottling wand. Not graduated from kits to grains ... yet.
