Hi everyone
I am pretty new to homebrewing/cider-making but very much enjoying it and keen to learn more.
Towards the end of last year I made around 30 gallons of cider, in various batch sizes, all of which are at different stages in the fermentation or aging process. I haven’t had much ready for sampling yet though!
I picked all of the apples myself from my garden or the roadside and pressed them all in my 8 litre Vigo basket press, which has been tough work! I will be on the lookout for something bigger for next autumn!
I have also brewed some beers from kits.
I am now looking to try BIAB all-grain brewing and am keen to learn as much as I can from this community!
Thanks
Ross
