Hi guys.

I've been reading these forums loads for the last few days, and so I thought it was about time I said hello! I've been brewing for the last couple of years, but only from kits. I've decided that it's time for me to step it up a notch, and so I'm looking at moving into all-grain over the course of this year. I'll be building my own setup bit by bit over the next few months.
