Just a quick hello from myself, just got into brewing in the last month and came across this forum and though why not join.

Was fed up of the poor lager/beers that i was getting so though why not try brewing my own.

I am only just starting so sticking with the liquid malts in a can for the moment.

I have so far brewed 2 batches, first was a coopers lager which has been bottled for 2 weeks - had a we taste test on Saturday and was quite happy with the results. Will leave this for another 2 weeks

The second was a coopers Mexican Cervesa, that has been bottled for 1 week, will have a taste test on Saturday then will leave for a few more weeks.

Looking forward to checking out the forum and getting some good info and ideas.

Welcome from a Brewer most likely the furthest away from you (Penzance in Cornwall). i had only done 2 canned extracts in my homebrewing "Career" and i've been brewing since july this year. I reccomend trying Turbo cider or even WOW. as everyone says, as soon as you try it, you love it!

Just started so not tried any others but have been reading up on a few. Will defo need to give the cider a try :)
