Landlord.
Hello I'm Rich and I've been brewing all grain since September (having rediscovered it after a 20 year break.) Need to check whether BIAB is a dirty word on here because that's the style I brew as an adaptation of the Dave Line method from the 70's. Just lately I've made beers I'm genuinely proud of including clones of SNPA, Old Speckled Hen, Landlord, an american pale ale from leftovers and a mint chocolate stout. I had a mad dash in time for Christmas so I'd have 100+ bottles ready for presents. I've also had some disasters along the way and I have learned from my mistakes and could repeat them exactly! (apologies to Peter Cook and Dudley Moore)
