Maynard
novice brewer
Well after reading through the many posts on the forum I decided to join. So here I am.
Good morning people my name is Ben and I live in a small town called Pershore which is near Worcester. I'm very new to this brewing game having only made my own cider before, that was from the apples out the garden which I juiced by hand and fermented in a brew bucket. Thankfully it came out great, so great in fact that it vanished very quickly! Just put a WOW on, on the 31/1/16 which is blooping away beauty. Thank you to chippy tea and everyone on that thread for the advice and inspiration. I like simple brews made with the most natural ingredients I can get. I plan on doing alot of brews with fruit in the summer as I'm blessed to be surrounded by many sorts of fruit giving foliage within 10 mins walk from home. I shall update on my WOW in the appropriate thread when it us further along. Until then all the best to you all any questions please ask.
