Hello from Manchester

Hi everyone, i'm Dan - a fairly new brewer, I'm building a brewery in my garage and learning as I go.
I'm getting to grips with the Brewtools equipment and have recently started developing and brewing my own recipes, none of which i've had to bin so far...!
I usually drink pale ales, pretty much all cask but am concentrating on brewing other beer styles and am learning about carbing & kegging too.
Hoping one day to open a tiny brewery with all output to can.
I haven't yet tried producing a lager so that'll be my next challenge.

I'm over on the Wirral and presently have a garage brewery, I'm planning to build a shed to free up the garage although the cost of wood is holding me back at the moment.
I also drink cask Pale ales and brew my own recipes serving cask style, gas beers bloat me out.
I've recently moved from polypin bags to kegs, now raw brewing and just started pressure fermenting, I love learning new techniques.
