Hi there, I signed up today! I have been thinking about home brew after visiting a few distilleries and breweries in scotland recently. The world of beer excluding lager is not brand-new to me, but definitely it's all i drink nowadays! I like the idea of brewing using a full-grain technique, but i am thinking i am going to start out on a kit just to get experienced with aspects of the process to start with. Love to hear what peoples' thoughts are on how to get started. thanks
