A new brewer here. Well I tried it once before many years ago, when I was a wee lad - it resulted in my mate smashing my mum's oil lamp. Her pouring it away as a result put me off from nearly 20 years.

So far Ive tried a Coopers Aussie Lager - tastes like vineger - so shall be dumped.
Coopers Euro Lager is coming along nicely - I upped my cleaning and fiddled a bit less.
Thanks for the advice on the site, very helpful.

Whitechapel. Once home to a number of breweries. Now reduced to one novice homebrewer producing vinegar lager.

vinegar would probably be an infection by the sounds of it...cleaning is paramount so be careful! :)
