Hello,
My name is Sam and I'm from Lancashire. I first started brewing late 2012 after getting a homebrew starter kit for Christmas. Since then I have primarily brewed larger using kits. Initially I would keg my beer however this year I have moved over to bottles as I wanted to see if I could get better results and so far I haven't been disappointed. I have also made my own temperature switch and fermentation bin using an STC - 1000.
So why have I decided to join this forum? Well the reason is simply to learn more! I really enjoy watching the homebrew YouTube channels and have learnt a lot from them. I have also visited this forum in the past but I have only ever stood on the sidelines. Anyway that's enough about me...I look forward to seeing you around! :thumb: :
