Hi All,
Names John, I've been brewing for near 10 years now. Sadly for the last 2-3 years, its been something I've had to put on hiatus, a mixture of getting myself healthy(I'd just drank and ate too much) and a complete life change.
Tail end of 2024 I managed to get things sorted and was finally able to commit to brewing again. And I am excited again to get going! I focused on a time on purely German style beers and Lagers, coming in second with a couple of beers in 2020.
I'm in the process of converting and renovating a moderately sized shed into a Brewery, Tap room and smallish office. Which I'm hoping to do a little blog on here about as would appreciate advise and ideas on some things.
