Hi everyone.

I'm just starting out in the world of homebrew. Got myself a couple of beer kits yesterday, then discovered this forum, so will be trawling through for hints and tips. I will also be looking into making cider and wine too.

Thanks for the welcome everyone.

Springer, I'll definately give that turbo cider a go.

Just deciding what I'm going to be brewing first, when the kids go to bed tonight. I still haven't decided, but think it'll be the Woodfordes Wherry, followed by Muntons IPA if I get the time.

Well, it was the Woodfordes Wherry that I got on the go tonight. If it ends up tasting anything like as good as smells, I'm going to be more than happy!
Think I'll give another kit a go tomorrow. The Munton's IPA is looking the mostly likely candidate for tomorrow but there's still time for me to change my mind........... Will I be won over by my Thomas Cooper's Irish Stout............ or maybe the Magnum apple cider........ Oh the choices!
