Hi

I've been making wine (kit and country) on and off for a couple of years now but would still consider myself very much a newbie.

I started a gooseberry and a rhubarb and strawberry yesterday and have hit a problem already, I mis-read the recipe and added 1.5kg of sugar instead of 1.5lbs :nono: so I'll need to head down to the allotment tomorrow and pick more fruit to double the recipe.

I seriously hope I didn't do the same with the rhubarb and strawberry, I've yet to check.
