Hello, I have been brewing beer from kist for the past three years and whilst reasonably happy with many bitter and ale kits, I still lust after brewing a German style lager which I enjoyed for 6 glorious years living in Germany and so far have not been able to achieve. Therefore this Christmas sees me setting up to start all-grain brewing using the Brew in Bag BIAB process. The first brew day will be just in about two weeks, and I am currently looking for a lager recipe which will provide good results, simple enough for my first BIAB attempt and give me confidence to try it again in 2012.
My first gol is to brew something which is close to Paulaner Premium Pils and then move on to try other styles. Also a stonking Christmas ale would be nice too.

Anyway that is all for now. I am off to browse this site for a recipe that might suit.
