Good morning All! So, after much reading and YouTubing my girls bought my a starter kit for making beer, yay! I got the Punk IPA kit and my first batch will be ready next Friday. So, I’m wanting to buy another gallon fermenter so I can start tinkering slightly with my brews. Any advice on a good beer to start honing my skills with?

So...I’m thinking I’m going to try a Simply Citra receipt from Brewers Friend and I’ll tweek different paramaters to get used to what affects your brew and flavours. That’s the initial plan anyway!
