Hi everyone, just thought I'd pop in and say hi from sunny Essex... Looking forwards to enjoying my first beer from the coopers lager kit, that's bottled and awaiting tasteing... Although I have been doing wine from kits for years on and off, beer is a new venture and Hoping to get some good tips from the pro's on here... Many thanks in advance for when I ask questions!
