Hello all.

Santa brought me what I really wanted this Christmas, a home-brew kit. Coopers Stout.

I set it up last Friday, and it seems to be doing what it's supposed to, so I await the results.

Loads of great information on the forum, thanks. I may have questions later if it all goes horribly wrong!
